Cancellation And Refund Policy. When a student books their appointment, they are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to other students. In order to be respectful of another fellow student, please call us [J&S Reliance Driving School] as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment. If cancellation is necessary, we require that students call at least 48 hours in advance of any Practice Lesson Since appointments are in high demand, a student’s advanced notice will allow another student to use that appointment time.
