您是否需要完成ELDT入门级驾驶员培训课程？

 

  
  自2022年2月7日起，联邦运输安全管理局（FMCSA）制定了联邦法规，要求初次申请A或B类商用驾照（CDL）的入门级驾驶员，升级至A或B类CDL，或首次获得乘客（P）、校车（S）或危险品（H）批注的驾驶员完成入门级驾驶员培训（ELDT）。入门级驾驶员申请人必须从培训提供商注册名单（TPR）上的培训提供商那里获得培训。此要求不适用于在2022年2月7日之前已经持有有效CDL或H、P、S批注的个人。在2022年2月7日合规日期之前获得商业学习许可证（CLP）的个人，在CLP或更新的CLP有效期内获得CDL的情况下，不受ELDT要求的约束。
